Return and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase because I make jewellery for pleasure, and want you to wear and use it with pleasure. 

Therefore, if you find a problem (like finding you have ordered the wrong ring size) please contact me within 28 days and I'll do my best to sort it out for you. You will have to pay the delivery cost of returning it to me as I will have to pay the cost of sending an alternative back to you. Obviously, if the item is faulty I may be able to repair it, replace it or refund your money on return of the item.

However this new venture does need to pay for itself and therefore if you break it (rather than a manufacturing problem) you may have to bear the cost if it is repairable. 

The bottom line is that I'll always try and help if I can, so contact me if you have problems.
